Please note items marked "FINAL SALE" and are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


How to return your purchase:

  1. Click here to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.

  2. You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.

  3. Follow the steps and provide required information.

  4. Wait for your return request to be approved.

  5. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.

  6. Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.  

  7. Modern Eternity does not accept returns without a Modern Eternity authourization return label.

  8. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery.

Holiday Return Policy

Shop with confidence this holiday season—Modern Eternity is offering an extended return policy, giving you one last thing to think about at this busy time of year. Any purchase made after December 5, 2018 can be returned until January 7, 2019, as long as it’s postmarked by this date.



Currently we are unable to offer direct exchanges. You can return your order within 21 days of the purchase date using a Modern Eternity complimentary return label, and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.  Please use our RETURN PORTAL for Authourization and further instruction. Alternatively you may contact us at 514-908-7224 or and our customer service team will place a new order and create a return label for you.


During peak periods please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing of the return and refund. Peak periods include promotional weekends and holiday periods.


RETURN POLICY OTHER RETAILERS (including department stores):

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.



If you want to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to cancel before it gets processed to ship.

If the payment has already been processed, we will refund your order.
